The metabolism of Chinese tea
Chinese Tea comes in many forms
You will learn many things about the tea as you read this article. One of the things you learn is that there are several ways to buy Chinese tea. You can buy tea from a tea shop (there are stores around the country these days), you can buy more tea
Internet, and you can buy tea in grocery stores, convenience stores, and even
pharmacies.
That's not to mention all the places you can get tea and prepared for you. Each dining facility, a five-star restaurant at a roadside restaurant and even coffee shop everywhere, serves tea, hot cold. When you are buying Chinese tea to make at home, you can get in two ways: tea leaves or tea bags loose.
You are probably familiar with the tea bags. This is known as the area of commercial quality and is made of dust and fannings, the byproducts of the process tea preparation. Dust is the smallest particles of tea, tea leaves are broken fannings a greater degree than dust. This is the first thing you need to know about tea bags: You get the same health and weight loss benefits if beer tea of dried leaves of tea in bulk or in tea bag paper, while it is white, green, oolong or black tea. The second thing you need to know is that a tea bag paper is intended to be used only once (You will understand why it is important that as you read in this chapter.) The flavor is obtained from a tea bag may not be as rich as the taste of loose leaf tea, but the only way you know you like is to do a taste test.
Loose leaf tea is just what it sounds like: the tea that comes in a bag, but as
whole or cut tea leaves. These are the leaves and buds are harvested and processed
As explained above, and usually sold by weight. Because you find
more surface area of loose tea you get from dust and fannings, which
I usually get a richer flavor.

Oolong tea protects the heart, helping to reduce blood pressure. Hypertension, or high blood pressure is the most common form of heart disease, and is a major risk factor related to heart death. A study of Chinese tea drinkers published in 2004 showed that consumption of just half a cup of oolong tea or green tea may reduce the risk of high blood pressure by almost 50 percent.
The researchers found that men and women who drank tea daily for at least a year were much less likely to develop hypertension than those without, and the more tea they drank, the greater the benefit. Those who drank at least half cup of moderate strength green or oolong tea per day for a year had a 46 percent lower risk of developing hypertension than those who did not drink tea. Among those who drank more than two and a half cups of tea per day, the risk of hypertension was reduced by 65 percent. The evidence that tea helps prevent cancer is overwhelming.
Since the 1990's, hundreds of studies have been done show that title = "Oolong tea"> Oolong tea can inhibit tumor formation, and slow the growth of already formed. In 1997, researchers at the University of Kansas found the antioxidant power of EGCG is 100 times greater than vitamin C and twenty-five times greater than vitamin E in protecting DNA from the type of free radical damage that is thought to increase cancer risk. The researchers also discovered that EGCG can signal cancer cells to stop playing promoting apoptosis, a normal cellular process leading to the death of a cell, without harming healthy cells. A study from Purdue University in 1998 found that an enzyme called quinol oxidase, or NOX, is necessary for the growth of normal and cancerous cells. The hyperactive form of NOX is known as tNOX for associated NOX the tumor. In test tubes, using purified protein solutions NOX, researchers found that low doses of EGCG, as may be consumed by drinking several cups of tea a day, were able to inhibit the activity of tNOX cells but do not inhibit the activity of NOX of healthy cells.
