How do you value the stamp at the bottom of a 24 inch Chinese porcelain urn? Thank you.?
Four stamps, frames, light bonze color, all in chinese. Nothing says "Made in China"
Hand painted dragon scenes, horses. Primary colors shades of green, yellow horse,
4 seperate scenes depicted on vase, flowers, red , yellow & green. Paid $600 US at an auction in 1991.
Try posting at asianart.com forum, they probably would be able to provide some good help.
You can also give http://www.gotheborg.com/ a go - click on Marks on the left and it will have an explanation of marks on Chinese pottery.
