Mystery bowl, with Grandma's Porcelain?
I inherited my paternal Grandmother's Porcelain set. But I have no idea what it was used for.

The lady next door said it was a bowl for arranging flowers, and the stems in the little holes, but the plate thingy just sits to close to the floor of the bowl imo.
'frogs' don't have to be up close to the top...
