I need a recipe for carrying a brunch?
I go to a lunch for 30 people (15 adults and children), and is conducted at a distance. Not have access to a stove or oven to bake, but might be able to warm up when you get there. People are already making a plate of cheeses, vegetable tray, rolls of bread / salad and fruit. Drinks are also careful. What I can make it easy and portable, and will complement other food?
Why not try emapnadas? check out www.allrecipes.com and search pies. individual cakes are small, can make Fresh fruit is full of tasty sausage or full. make the night before and refrigerate. then make sure to pack in the back with the seal and place in a cooler with ice packs or ice. you do not have to heat to serve, but must sit at room temperature before you eat and if you have a form of heat upon arrival will only be extra delicious.
