Whats up with college football coaches wanting more Black?
I refer to your coach, why say whether White or Black. I do not listen As a case of the Chinese people, who need more of them, why not go saying we need more Chinese coaches? What about the coaches hua Hispanics? I feel this is very charming, partial and raceist. Its not blame schools that do not have a black car, if a black coach applyed for a coaching job as an experienced trainer white i wouldent blame them to pick up the white coach. This is to be like 70 of the 80 when they were doing every 10 white students the school had to be at least one black student. Or forever 10 white college scholarships to black students had to be given just because there black. This was stopped, now we have to start over with football coaches do not like it, shouldent matter.
It should not matter, except ... 1 in 60 college coaches the head is black. I disagree with the "Rooney Rule" idea, but something is wrong there.
