Chinese traditional dress?
Last week and this my daughter has been doing 'China' as a topic in school.
On Friday they are having a Chinese day with food tasting etc. They have been asked to dress up for the occasion. I have borrowed a gorgeous little red silk dress for her but what on earth should she wear on her feet? Also, as the dress is short sleeved, is there some sort of top/wrap Chinese girls wear (bearing in mind I only have 4 days to get one)

She has some black and gold party shoes similar to those you have posted so those will work just great.
I'm guessing your child is going to wear the Chinese Qipao. Looks like this:

But probably red, blue or pink made for a child.
If so, traditionally, Chinese slippers goes with that dress. They look like this:

If you can't get them, any simple flat sole shoes (like the ones for school) will do perfectly!
As for the top, I think she should just wear any warm jacket (it's cold this season!) as she's going to remove it in the classroom anyway.
