Glow Idol

I'm really scared.?
I'm in my bedroom on my bed with the light on, T.V. on watching american idol but last night while I was asleep I saw this white glow on my ceiling. When I'm afraid I just freeze and I don't move. So that's what I did then fell asleep. But recently I saw this youtube video that was about bloddy mary and it had the same white glow on the ceiling. They said that it was her. I can;t get that off my mind and I have to go to bed in like 30 minutes. What do I do??? I am like shaking I can't get my mind off of it. My parents are asleep in bed probably watching american idol too...So I don't really want to disturb them...

My house isn't really near a road because our driveway is long.
And I don't really have a night light that is bright enough and if I leave it on all night it may catch on fire or something...
If you can't leave a light on put your TV on sleep ti er for a long time but turn the volume very low so you cna get to sleep, but the light of the tv is always nice. And snuggle next to a stuffed animal. Or what I like to do it just listen to my ipod or music, music always makes me feel better.

But I think it was a reflection. But you never know....but not all ghosts are bad ghosts :]
