Is this pendant in a symbol of something?
My neighbor to clean your jewelry box and gave me two necklaces, one with an Egyptian Ankh pendant and another. I trying to find out if the second is a symbol of something, or just design one? Please no stupid answers. Thanks! Would not surprise me if this was a representation of the sun, given its importance to the Egyptians. What initially see is a form of 8-pointed star. 8 points usually refers to cardinal points, representing all aspects that make up the world. I would say that a kind of symbol of power. Topaz is supposed to be a "symbol of love, affection" so you can play too.
