Stardust Dragon can negate double effect of C & D tool s effect?
Stardust Dragon, Dragon Power Tool, Tool Double C and D
No tool can not because Double C & D denies all monster effects during the Battle Step (no phase) battles. A monster equipped with "C Double Tool & D "only negates a monster effect during your turn, while the 2 monsters are fighting. This means that only denies effects that are activated the field, or the continuing effects, while in the field. Effects that activate in the Graveyard like "Sangan" are not denied. But if you mean if the opponent attacks that Stardust could be used to deny its effect to destroy the monster that attacks, then yes, you can. But Power-tool will not be destroyed by Stardust Double tool C + D.
